This position:

• Provides administrative support to the Tax department including responding to daily phone and email inquiries, sorting and prioritizing mail, organizing and creating tax files and processing accurate and timely correspondence and other materials.
• Completes check/wire transfer requests, W-9 requests and creates and faxes resale certificates.
• Maintains database, creates and develops spreadsheets and supports all department and management needs.
• Responsible for renewing Business Licenses and maintaining up to date records of all licenses.
